Technology
The CPH2 technology combines our Membrane-Free Electrolyserâ„¢ (MFE) with cryogenic separation to deliver pure hydrogen and pure oxygen as separate gases. This approach to hydrogen generation is both unique and patented.
The stack is simple in its design and with sustainable credentials as it is constructed from readily available materials which can be reused or recycled at the end of its operational life.
Designed for scalability.
Engineered to meet diverse demands.
Specification Table
Hydrogen Production [kg/day] | Up to 475 |
Oxygen Production [kg/day] | Up to 3,740 |
Gas Purity Hydrogen [%] | 99.5 |
Gas Purity Hydrogen with optional DeOxy Drier [%] | Up to 99.999 |
Gas Purity Oxygen [%] | Up to 99.8 |
Simple
The stack’s simple configuration makes it easy to build and maintain, making it responsive to a fluctuating power supply. Obtaining this design was challenging and required considerable engineering effort, stubbornness, and a decade of research and product development.
Safe
Our unwavering commitment to safety is evident in our collaborative efforts with industry stakeholders, regulators, and notified bodies. We are dedicated to setting the highest operational safety standards in the design and manufacture of electrolysers.
Sustainable
We prioritise sustainability by selecting widely available components, standard metals, and polymers to construct our technology. Our decision to avoid using Platinum Group Metals as membranes or catalysts reduces our reliance on depleting resources and carbon footprint. It contributes to a more sustainable world—for now, for our children, and for future generations.
